Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on what could be seen at the time. If something is found once a roof is opened up that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will stop, explain it and agree the change with you before carrying on.
The work we will do is what is set out in your written quote. Anything outside it is a variation and is agreed with you first.
Where scaffolding is required it will be stated in the quote. We need reasonable access to the property and to the roof to carry out the work.
Payment terms are set out in your written quote and agreed before work starts.
Where a guarantee applies to your work, its terms are confirmed in writing with your quote.
Roofing depends on the weather. We will give you a realistic timescale and tell you promptly if weather moves it.
